Thank you for not being a price vulture like all this other liquors stores marking up the price 300% on hard to find liquor…this is the only liquor store that I buy from online if they were closer and not 300 miles away I will buy from them all time…thank you I got my fortaleza tequila delivered today…other liquors stores get with the program or costco and total wine is going to put you out of business

B-21 is AMAZING. They have a fantastic selection, their prices are always competitive (and many times better than the big box retailers) and the service is excellent. I must admit, I have never actually set foot in their actual store, however, I buy from them online, and from their B-21 Private offers. Again, always great prices, and service. The best part is they let me leave everything with them in storage, until I can take delivery (which is also free) if you're in state of Florida. Once you schedule for delivery they send updated emails for date // time and you can actually track the driver. If it says 9:23 AM, that driver will be there at that exact time. Great Company!!!!!

I placed my order online because of a certain wine they carried. Then I started reading their reviews and saw some pretty nasty ones, I got scared! Let me tell you all right now, this company came thru with flying colors! No problem with my order & no problem with delivery, in fact it came earlier than expected. Yes communication is thru their website / email, and they addressed and answered any concerns within a 24 he period. I would definitely order from them again! When I lived in Tarpon Springs, this was my go-to liquor store. There is an excellent selection of wine, beer, and alcohol. You can easily spend 15 minutes or more walking around this store. The prices are reasonable, the staff is very friendly, and willing to help you locate what you are looking for. If I could get a store like this in Birmingham, AL, it would be great.

It's easy to find the stuff we like. Lots of options. Really good Italian selection. They could use some more Puligny-Montrachet choices.

Great service and diversity in wines. They keep in touch so you won't miss out on great wines on sale. Very helpful in recommending based on your likes.

I live in Florida but shipping time and temperatures are not an issue. This is a great place to keep your wine locker stocked, great selection and competitive prices. They ship in the evening and the next day it is at my local Walgreens. YUP Walgreens. Love this so I don't have to hang out waiting for the delivery and adult signature plus not in the Florida heat.

I was in the area recently and stopped in before going back home. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful! Someone had actually walked around with me to look for a specific bottle of wine I came in for. When we saw there was none on the shelf, she walked me to the front to have them look in their system if there were any in the back. It turned out they had one more bottle and a gentleman knew where exactly they had it in the back and brought it out for me.

We spent some time in Ireland and found a great Irish Whiskey - Fer Cullen by Powers Court Distillery. (The tour of the Estate and Distillery are worth the time). I brought back a number of bottles only to find out it wasn't enough. I reached out to the distillery and could get more easily enough but, the shipping cost were very high. I did an Internet search and came across B-21. The cost of the whiskey and shipping were very good but, some of the reviews made me hesitant. I decided to take the chance and placed the order. The order process was very simple, I received a confirmation immediately and, a shipping date the next day. Not only did I receive my bottles, it was a few days early and in perfect shape. I will gladly order from them again. Keep in mind, due to our archaic interstate trade and shipping laws you can't directly ship alcohol to all state, only a few are allowed. This creates problems and delays. It would be wise to determine if you can get direct shipments where you live.

I had mix feelings ordering from this website.All I can say I ordered and it was amazing.Once I place my order they were always emailing me and stay in contact when it will be delivered.if I could give you guys a 10 star I would. WOW!i surprised my husband for his birthday! And yes it was a big surprise.Definitely will order again soon. Thank you!
